CHEYENNE RIVER HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL
The (2-3) Cheyenne-Eagle Butte Braves, coached by Larry Elwess, went down to Hochunk territory last week for a tough 54 to 0 loss to the (2-2) Winnebago Indians. The Indians were fresh off their 30-26 Loss to Todd County. The Falcons are undefeated this season at (5-0), and they’re leading ALL-Nations Conference Group A.
This first week of October is Homecoming for the Braves, and C-EB is hosting the (3-1) Pine Ridge Thorpes. The Thorpes defeated Winnebago in week 1 at Pine Ridge High School, with a Final Score of 36-32.
The Braves look to even out group A with an upset on Thursday Oct. 5 @ 6p.m.
KIPI Radio 93.5 FM will be live from C-EB High School for the Rivalry match-up between the Braves, and the Thorpes. This game has big implications on who will get another shot at Todd County in the All-Nations Conference Post-Season.
