To those members who checked no on the application to receive the amount of funds sent every month of the program for utility and food assistance, please be reminded that you must proceed to the Wellness Center between February 1st and February 10th and indicate the amount of funds you want allocated to which utility or food vendor. If you do not complete the paperwork prior to February 10th, the same amounts will be sent to the vendor as was on your original application. Thank YouÂ
