The 2nd Annual Spencer Moran Men’s Basketball Tournament in honor of Cheyenne-Eagle Butte’s Spencer Moran. Spencer is an amazing young man who continues to be a role model for Cheyenne River youth. He attends Haskell University and his efforts to pave a way for our youth and for his family have been recognized by the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe. His parents are Stevie Moran and Jackson Neigel, both are active supporters of Cheyenne River sports and their tournament has become the premier basketball event on our reservation. 2022 was a wonderful success as teams from all over the country showed up to compete in honor of Spencer.
