-The Braves ran into Quentin McBride Jr. and the Lower Brule Sioux to suffer their 3rd loss of the season (Jan.16). Ohitika Basketball hosts Todd County Monday Jan. 22 in a Double Header at Cheyenne-Eagle Butte. Junior PF Easton Lawrence has been a key factor for Coach Galen Eberhard this season, leading the team in Rebounds and 2nd chance points. Look for Lawrence to have a big game against Todd County, as the Falcons defeated the Braves in the 2023 All-Nations Conference Semi-Final football game in October and, would go on to win another All-Nations Conference State Championship over Pine Ridge. C-EB Senior Center #50 Braxton Kennedy has been selected to play in the 2024 Lakota All-Star Games.
