1st Annual KIPI Summer Classic
1 on 1 Basketball Tournament
80 Contestants in 5 divisions, representing 6 Tribes across 3 states the KIPI Summer Classic had some of the best competition in Lakota Country. 5-minute timed games were Single Elimination. The people were provided Free Lunch and fruit and water throughout the event, which started Saturday June 10, at 11am. The Youth 3pt Shootout Champions for the Girls was Khaida Curley of CEB, and the boys champion was Kenan Clark of CEB. The wind was a big factor but didn’t stop the buckets from falling.
